We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) are typically dispatched the same business day, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. Pepta Luxa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research-grade chemical products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a product is confirmed to be defective or does not match the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
